The zigglebee journey began with our family.

We are the proud parents of twin daughters Lana and Laila. Laila lives with a rare syndrome, autism, epilepsy, and communication challenges. Lana grew up alongside her sister, becoming an advocate, protector, teacher, and friend in ways most children never have to. Together, they taught us what unconditional love, resilience, and family truly mean.

Like so many caregivers, we've experienced the worry that comes with raising a child who may not always be able to speak for themselves. We've felt the uncertainty, the sleepless nights, the constant planning, and the responsibility of always being prepared. We've also experienced the joy, pride, and extraordinary moments that make every challenge worthwhile.

Along the way, we saw something powerful. Children with unique abilities have incredible gifts to share with the world. Siblings often become extraordinary heroes. And caregivers carry a tremendous amount on their shoulders—often quietly, and often without enough support.

That's why we created zigglebee.

We envision a world where children with unique abilities
are better understood, where their siblings are recognized
and celebrated for the important role they play, and where caregivers have access to the resources, encouragement, community, and support they deserve.
